All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). This does not include the shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another when it has been shipped, including your tracking number.
Note: During peak seasons, sales, or product drops, processing times may be extended.
We offer standard and tracked shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
United States: 3–7 business days after processing
International: 7–21 business days after processing (subject to customs delays)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Some limited promotions may include free shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Heavy Saints Apparel is not responsible for:
Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier that are not received
Lost or stolen packages
Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors
Please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim if this occurs.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
